Some newly appointed and promoted employees of the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center VII (ATI-RTC VII) have taken their oath with ATI OIC-National Director Engr. Remelyn R. Recoter, MNSA, CESO III on March 07, 2023, this city.

 

TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL.  Some newly appointed and promoted employees of the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center VII (ATI-RTC VII) have taken their oath with ATI OIC-National Director Engr. Remelyn R. Recoter, MNSA, CESO III on March 07, 2023, this city.

By strengthening and capacitating its workforce in the region, the ATI in Central Visayas continues to improve its extension efforts and intervention in light of the difficulties that the agriculture sector faces.

The following are the newly appointed personnel:

  1. Irene L. Blasco                                          Administrative Officer IV
  2. Jeffrey O. Awas                                       Training Specialist I
  3. Quennie Lou B. Vistal                          Administrative Aide VI
  4. Maryjane Flor Patulilic-Bonilla     Media Production Specialist II

The following are the newly promoted personnel:

  1. Vherney C. Cabasag II                        Agriculturist II
  2. Joemelyn A. Sumagang                      Training Specialist II
  3. Jade Genevie B. Carlon                      Administrative Officer II
  4. Zandrina L. Prima                                  Administrative Officer I

The ATI is one of the attached bureaus under the Department of Agriculture. In accordance with Executive Order No. 116, series 1987, the ATI was established to be in charge of all agricultural extension workers' training as well as that of other agricultural and fisheries (AF) clients. The ATI is also in charge of ensuring that trainings address the actual needs of the agricultural sector and that research findings are then disseminated to farmers through the proper training and extension activities.
