The graduates of the Training of Trainers for Digital Farmers Program (TOT-DFP) from Carmen, Cebu, conducted their Farmers Level Roll-Out event at Brgy. Caurasan, Carmen, Cebu on February 27-28, 2025 with 15 farmer-youth tandems participating.

The activity was facilitated by TOT-DFP graduates Mr. Jayson Coquilla from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Josephine Hermosilla, and Amelita Cole, with assistance from Ms. Daisery Mae Saavedra, a staff member of the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of Carmen.

The group utilized 10 smartphones, one tablet, SIM cards, and a sound system provided by PLDT-Smart.
