The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center VII (ATI-RTC VII) is now inviting all interested suppliers to submit their quotation of Food (3 meals and 2 snacks) for 3 days and accommodation (2 nights) for 35 pax and venue rental for 3 days with complete meal menu and with morning afternoon snacks on June 25-27, 2024 at Tuburan, Cebu.


Preferences:
-Full board meals with
Appetizer
At least 3 main dishes
Dessert/Fruits
with free flowing coffee/tea
-Supplier should include the Menu together with the quotation
-Room Accommodation: at most 3 pax per 1 room

Approved Budget:  160,500.00

Provider with good standing shall only be entertained and preferably within  Tuburan (near Lamac CocoHub).
