On January 8, 2025, The Zamora Agricultural Farm based in Mayabon, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental with Mr. Al Gabriel C. Zamora, has been officially recognized as an accredited Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) by the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 7 (ATI-RTC 7). 

This accreditation provides the farm with enhanced credibility, access to funding, technical support, and networking opportunities.

As an LSA, the farm will showcase best agricultural practices through training programs, benefiting the local community with knowledge transfer, modern technologies, and skills development. 

This initiative supports improved productivity, food security, and economic empowerment while promoting environmental sustainability.

The recognition ceremony was attended by #ATICentralVisayas Center Director, Dr. Gracia Fermentira Arado with Partnership and Accreditation Services (PAS) OIC-Chief, Engr. Rizaldy Mercadal, along with representatives from the Municipal Agriculture Office, BPI-Negros Oriental, DA-PATCO, and Silliman University, highlighted the significance of this achievement for the region’s agricultural development.
