Tagbilaran City, Bohol, January 24, 2025 – In a strong demonstration of collaboration between ATI-7 and local schools, ten (10) students from Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School (DCPNHS), under the Accountancy and Business Management (ABM) strand, successfully completed a 10-day work immersion program at the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 7 (ATI-RTC 7). The program, which ran from January 13 to 24, 2025, provided the students with a valuable opportunity to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world experience.
The work immersion allowed students to gain firsthand insight into the operations of ATI-7, engaging with various administrative and organizational tasks while familiarizing themselves with the agricultural training sector. This practical exposure helped them enhance their skills in business management, accounting, and organizational operations, giving them a deeper understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges.
By participating in the program, the students gained practical experience that will complement their academic training, helping them build confidence and career readiness. This initiative highlights the continued partnership between ATI-7 and local educational institutions, reinforcing the importance of hands-on learning in shaping the future workforce.
ATI-7’s commitment to providing students with meaningful work immersion experiences aligns with its broader goal of supporting educational development and empowering youth through practical learning opportunities. The collaboration between ATI-7 and Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School marks another step in enhancing educational opportunities for students in the region and preparing them for future careers in various sectors, including agriculture and business management.
