San Miguel, Bohol – March 9, 2025 – The municipality of San Miguel in Bohol celebrated its annual Farmers’ Day, a highlight of the town’s 64th Foundation Day festivities. Arado, the Center Director of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI-7), took center stage as she presented the Department of Agriculture’s (DA) Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Rural-Based Organizations (RBO) Programs.
