“As AEW participant of this Farm Business and Farm Management Training, my expectation was that we will be doing the usual lecture and workshop activities. I was surprised that the two days were all about how to become a good leader. This has enlightened us that the success of our organization will depend on how we handle problems and conflicts. Indeed, I realize that managing and handling our clients effectively will be the basis on how to solve the difficulties and challenges in order to achieve our goals. Two days were then focused on the main topic about business and entrepreneurship as well as supervisory. Business planning strategies were in simplified formats which will be very useful as we go to the field. The facilitators were very flexible to answer the needs of the training, approachable and friendly. They were able to maintain their energy even on the 5th day. They were able to deliver the tasks to make the successful,” said Fe S. Pilosopo from the provincial agriculture office of Negros Oriental.
