UBAY, BOHOL -- Agricultural Training Institute-Central Visayas (ATI-CV) conducted the Institutional Capability Development Training for TESDA Graduates on Cake Making Leading to BPP NC II at Lomangog Barangay Hall, Ubay this province on September 01-02, 2022.

The two-day activity aimed to (1) Provide the participants with the avenue to be aware of themselves, and their co-participants, examine and re-orient their values; (2) To discuss with the participants the importance of working as a team and working harmoniously with the group; and (3) To discuss to them the importance of bookkeeping and financial literacy.  

“Ang akong impressions sa duha ka adlaw na training gihimo sa ATI, nalipay ko kay daghan ko ug nakat-onan, mga ideas nga pwede nako ma-apply sa akong kapunongan. Sa Training Management Team dako Nakong pasalamat tungod kay mga but-an, friendly, smiling samtang ga discuss makasabot jud me kay hapsay ang ilang pagpasabot. Ug sa akong co-participants mapasalamaton ko sa tanan nga mi participate sa duha ka adlaw nga training gi-conduct sa ATI kay nahuman gyud." Sa Food and accommodation maayo ang pagkaon nga gi serve ug ang mga resource persons klaro ug maayo mo pasabot sa topic gi-discuss. Dili me mag duka kay nindot ang ilang topic gi-discuss. Sa mga games, naay pagtulon-an," expressed Ms. Arlene A. Godinez, participant from Ubay, Bohol. 

Jorge Fat Trinidad, Training Specialist II of ATI-CV discussed Values Re-Orientation; Financial Literacy; Overview of Simplified Bookkeeping.

Moreover, Gracia F. Arado Pungay, Training Center Superintendent I of ATI-CV spoke about Leading a Group/Leadership.

Additionally, Ma. Gracia Soliva-Pungay, Training Specialist III/ Chief-CDMS of ATI-CV talked about Self Awareness/Group Awareness GTKY.

A total of 13 participants participated in the activity.
