Job Hiring: Administrative Support Staff I

Salary:                                               SG 5/Php 14,007.00

Reporting line:                              Center Director and Assistant Center Director

Station:                                            Office of the Center Director

Place of Assignment:                   ATI IV-A, Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martires City, Cavite

Qualifications:

Education:                                       Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism and related courses

Training:                                          None

Work Experience:                         None

Eligibility:                                        None

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Under the direct supervision of the Center Director (CD) and Assistant Center Director (ACD):
  2. Efficiently manage the schedule of the CD and ACD;
  3. Monitor the directives given by the CD to specific Focal Person/Section/Unit Head;
  4. Prepare content for social media posting of engagements/activities attended by the CD and ACD;
  5. Prepare content for the director’s node on the website, points of messages and speeches of the CD;
  6. Prepare minutes of various meetings attended by the CD;
  7. Arrange travel documents and coordinate details of official engagements of the CD and ACD;
  8. Monitor status of Training Designs submitted to the ACD for approval;
  9. Receive, record and file incoming/outgoing documents of the CD and ACD;
  10. Encode information of all training and extension activities/data requirements of various activities; organize and file training/activity documents (soft & hard copies); and 
  11. Serve as member of training management team of various trainings/seminars; Support personnel for other activities of the Center;
  12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the CD and ACD.
