Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the Job
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Work Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility (except for practice
of profession)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of e-Extension (e-learning, e-Farming, e-Trading, Web Administration):
- Develop courseware;
- Conducts briefings on E-extension and e-Learning Courses;
- Administer e-Learning courses;
- Operate Farmer’s Contact Center (FCC);
- Administer and build up content of website;
2. Take charge of the Techno-Gabay Program:
- Coordinate the establishment of knowledge centers/FITS centers;
- Coordinate capability building for FITS Center staff;
3. Take charge of the School-on-Air (SOA) Program:
- Plan the SOA to be conducted;
- Administer SOA;
4. Serve as resource person or subject matter specialist;
5. Provide information-related technical assistance to clientele and the Center staff;
6. Evaluate effectiveness of IEC materials and other information interventions;
7. Act as Focal Person and;
8. Perform other functions required by the immediate supervisor/Center Director.
