NAGCARLAN, Laguna — To ensure the smooth implementation of activities for Fiscal Year 2025, DA-ATI CALABARZON outlined its strategies during the “FY 2025 Operational Planning: Reinforcing Strategies in Attaining Organizational Goals on January 15-17, 2025, at Gintong Bukid Farm and Leisure.
Key personnel from the Center actively engaged in the planning procedures. Moreover, the concerned focal persons and administrative personnel presented their accomplishments from various programs and services of the Center for the Second Semester of 2024.
The activity outputs include the specific details of the target activities, performance assessments of FY 2024 Second Semester activities, and accomplished physical and financial plans.
In his closing remarks, Center Director Dr. Rolando V. Maningas expressed his appreciation for the activity and considered it a success. He also thanked the staff for their cooperation and encouraged them to take on the next step, the implementation phase.
The Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU) of the DA-ATI CALABARZON led the said planning workshop.
