INVITATION TO BID FOR THE DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT (PPE) OF DA-ATI CALABARZON

The Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) Regional Training Center CALABARZON is inviting interested bidders for the disposal of unserviceable Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE). Below is the list of the items for disposal:

The details and instructions for the disposal of the unserviceable PPE are the following:

  1. The estimated weight of scrap materials is 80 kilograms.
  2. The appraised value is one thousand two hundred pesos (Php 1,200.00). The bid amount should not be lower than the appraised value.
  3. Disposal of the unserviceable PPE is “as is where is basis”.
  4. Interested buyers have permission to inspect the units at DA-ATI CALABARZON and to request the official quotation form for pricing.
  5. Please submit the sealed quotation on or before December 27, 2023.
  6. The unserviceable PPE will be awarded to the highest bidder.
