SUPPLEMENTAL BID BULLETIN FOR PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR CENTER-BASED ACTIVITIES OF DA-ATI CALABARZON (MAY TO DECEMBER 2024)

The DA-ATI CALABARZON Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) would like to inform the prospective bidders of the following changes in the bidding documents:

1. Changes in Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):

• From Two million eight hundred eight thousand eight hundred seventy five pesos only (Php 2,808,875.00) to Three million three hundred seventy two thousand eight hundred seventy five pesos only (PhP 3,372,875.00).

2. Changes in the amount of bid security:

• From Fifty six thousand one hundred seventy seven pesos and fifty five centavos only (Php 56,177.55), two percent (2%) of ABC, if bid security if in cash, cashier’s/manager’s check, bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit to Sixty seven thousand four hundred fifty seven pesos and fifty centavos only (Php 67,457.50).
• From One hundred forty thousand four hundred forty three pesos and seventy centavos only (Php 140,443.70), five percent  (5%) of ABC, if bid security is in Surety Bond to One hundred sixty eight thousand six hundred forty three pesos and seventy centavos only (Php 168,643.70).
