Announcing the vacant positions in the Agricultural Training Institute Region IV-A (ATI IV-A).

Position : Administrative Officer I (Cashier)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Take charge of the education support: scholarship programs including monitoring of the performance of the beneficiaries/scholars;
- Take charge of the implementation of the merit and promotion plan for the AFE sector;
- Package project proposals for funding, if necessary;
- Assist in the training implementation and prepare training completion reports;
- Serve as resource person or subject matter specialist;
- Act as Focal Person; and
- Perform other functions required by the Section Head/Center Director.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or other Allied courses
such as Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries Technology, and Veterinary Medicine
Training : 8 (eight) hours of relevant training
Work Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
Eligibility : Licensed Agriculturist, Agricultural Engineer, Fisheries
Technologist and Veterinarian (R.A. 1080)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Showcase appropriate technologies and innovative extension strategies and approaches and manage its implementation;
2. Implement approved extension programs/projects/activities;
3. Provide leadership and plans in undertaking partnerships and accreditation services;
4. Conduct consultations, briefings and other activities on partnership enhancement and accreditation services;
5. Evaluate local PESPs applying for accreditation, guided by the ATI accreditation policies and guidelines in the evaluation of PESP applying for ATI accreditation,
and recommend to ATI-CO for field validation and action;
6. Develop training and extension programs and guidelines for PESP implementation;
7. Spearhead local monitoring and evaluation of accredited private extension service providers;
8. Strengthen linkages with research agencies for collaborative work on appropriate technologies;
9. Assist conduct of training and extension services including innovations; and
10. Perform other related duties required.
