A simple yet all-in-one facility that was built in early 2019 under the funding of the National Livestock Program. The ATI CALABARZON Meat Processing Hub is a fully-airconditioned hall that can accommodate 15 – 25 participants.
The facility is fully equipped with basic meat processing and baking equipment. The hub is established to be a venue for meat processing and other food processing hands-on activities.
