TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite – To revisit and realign the core duties of its personnel, the DA-Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) Regional Training Center CALABARZON held the “Reset and Realign: Strengthening Organizational Focus and Efficiency” workshop, held at the DA-ATI CALABARZON Training Hall from January 6-8, 2025.

The activity served as a platform to assess and realign the staff’s core duties, identify gaps, and foster innovation. Additionally, it aimed to develop improved operational strategies tailored to each of the agency’s sections and units.

Key personnel from the Information Services Section (ISS), Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU), Administrative and Finance Unit (AFU), Career Development and Management Section (CDMS), and Partnerships and Accreditation Section (PAS) actively participated in the said workshop. They presented actionable strategies based on the outputs from the mind mapping and brainstorming sessions.

Mr. Angelo Hernandez, Project Evaluation Officer I, expressed gratitude for the activity, sharing his impression: “Lahat tayo ngayon ay nagkaroon ng brighter idea at mas malalim na pag-unawa sa meaning ng pagiging employee ni ATI at kung gaano kalaki ‘yung part na ginagawa natin sa accomplishments ng ating mga initiatives.”

The activity is an initiative of Center Director Dr. Rolando Maningas who served as both a resource person and facilitator for the workshop, while Asst. Center Director Sherylou Alfaro served as the Project Officer for the activity.

The result was a clearer vision of their roles and responsibilities, both within their respective sections and the Center as a whole.
