The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center VII (ATI-RTC VII) is now inviting all interested suppliers to submit their quotation of Food (full board) for 3 days, accommodation for 2 nights for 25 participants and venue rental for 3 days with complete meal menu and with morning afternoon snacks and with complete amenities on November 21-23,2023 at Tanjay City, Negros Oriental.

Preferences:
Full board meals with:
Appetizer
at least 3 Main Dishes:
dessert/fruits
with free flowing coffee/tea/milo
AM and PM snacks

Supplier should include the Menu together with the quotation.

Approved Budget:  122,500.00

Provider with good standing shall only be entertained and preferably  near PCA Farm Tanjay.
