𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮 '𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻' 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗙𝗘 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

In line with the week-long celebration of the Institute's 36th Founding Anniversary, the Center organized a one-day event with the different government and private partner institutions of the Center. This is to share milestone, express appreciation and give recognition for their commendable efforts and contributions in the attainment of excellent extension services in the region.

The said activity was conducted on January 27, 2023 at ATI-RTC 1 Multipurpose Hall, Tebag East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan and it was attended by almost 150 individuals from the National Government Agencies (NGAs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), City/Municipal/Barangay Local Government Units, Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSAs), Farmers Associations, and Media Practitioners.

During the opening message of Center Director Dr. Rogelio C. Evangelista, he expressed appreciation to each pillar of extension for constantly bringing positive results in the delivery of AFE services.

"In region 1, we always work as one and we will maintain this attribute towards achieving the new mantra of the Department of Agriculture, which is MASAGANANG AGRIKULTURA, MAUNLAD NA EKONOMIYA.", Dr. Evangelista said.

Among the highlights of the celebration were the following:

1. Thanksgiving Mass and Dedication of ATI Ilocos Region Facilities;

2. Presentation of the Center's 2022 Accomplishments and Best Extension Practices;

3. Soft Launching of the PAlayTIMPALAK Program Document;

4. Ceremonial Awarding of Support and Assistance to the following:

a. CY 2022 PAlayTIMPALAK Winners;

b. Newly Certified LSAs;

c. Young Agripreneurship Program Winners; and

d. FITS Center.

5. SIKAP Awards;

6. Loyalty Awards; and

7. PRAISE Awards.
