The 2022 Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) was categorized on Administrative and technical employees holding the Regular and Contract of Service position. Awarding also includes the ATI-RTC I’s top performing sections and most innovative in the delivery of extension services under the new normal strategies, and lastly, the loyalty Awardees who have been in the service for a couple of years in the institute.
Each deserving employee underscoring the distinctive features of their accomplishments stand out from others, such as making a valuable contribution or impacts through their services rendered for CY 2022.
Among them are the following:
Recognized with an excellence award as Top Performing Section of ATI-RTC I for CY 2022, the Career Development and Management Services Section ranked 1st while the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit as the Top Performing Unit.
Recognized as Most Innovative Section in the delivery of extension service under the normal strategies 2022, the Career Development Management Services Section ranked 1st, followed by the Information Services Section, 2nd, and Partnership Accreditation and Services Section 3rd.
Meritorious Award as Best Performing Employee under the Regular Employee- Administrative Staff, Ms. Agnes G. Bernardino (Female Category) and Mr. Arvin John T. Cruz (Male Category) were recognized.
Meritorious Award as Best Performing Employee under the Regular Employee- Technical Staff, Ms. Alyssa Caryl L. Vallo (Femal Category) and Mr. Ralph Marco I. Cabrera (Male Category) were also recognized.
Meritorious Award as Best Performing Employee under the Contract of Service Employee- Administrative Staff, Ms. Reylyn E. Ermitanio (Female Category) and Mr. Mc Glenn M. Del Castillo (Male Category) were also recognized.
Meritorious Award as Best Performing Employee under the Contract of Service Employee- Technical Staff, Ms. Raecielle Joyce O. Caloaogan (Female Category) and Mr. Nathaniel A. Fabia (Male Category).
Makabayan Awards with the Highest number of attendance during the Flag Raising Ceremony for CY 2022 were also recognized, Ms. Agnes G. Bernardino (Female Category) and Mr. Arvin John T. Cruz (Male Category).
This year’s loyalty awardees of the institute were Center Director Rogelio C. Evangelista, DPA (40 Years in service), followed by Agriculturist II Betty Grace DC. Kanlas(35 years in service), Security Guard Salvador C. Dicksen (25 Years in service), Security Guard Clemente E. Puzon (20 Years in service), and Information Officer III Maricel D. Dacapias, PhD (20 years in service).
