Position for Job Order                              : Technical Support Staff I

Salary/Compensation                               : Salary Grade 8 based on the 2019 Salary Standardization Law (SSL), Step 1 plus 20% premium

Period Covered                                            : May-June 2024

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Attainment:

  • Graduate of degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Social Science, Rural Development, Development Communication or related courses

Work Experience:

Preferably, with experience in

  • Writing correspondences and activity documentation;
  • Conduct of consultation, training and other related activities

Training:

  • None required, but relevant training may be an advantage

Eligibility:

  • None required, but relevant eligibility may be an advantage

Other Qualifications:

  • Capable of implementing extension and related activities;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Knowledgeable on the use of online reporting platforms, google forms, and the like;
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, social media platform & virtual mode of communication;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • With own laptop/computer

 

DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Center Director in the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation activities, and various engagements representing the Center;
  • Assist in the implementation of various activities of the Center;
  • Coordinate with DA-RFO 1, NGAs and corresponding Local Government Units regarding the conduct of various activities relevant to the operations of the Center;
  • Prepare communication letter and correspondence;
  • Prepare, organize and file necessary documents (e.g. Vouchers, training documents, etc.)
  • Prepare TOACR, narrative report and monthly program accomplishment report;
  • Do other extension activities as need arises; and
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned as deemed necessary
  •
