As part of ATI's 37th Founding Anniversary Celebration, 17 ATI MIMAROPA personnel were awarded loyalty awards in recognition of their commitment and dedicated years of service.
Assistant Center Director Norberto C. Maur was present during the awarding ceremony. In his message, he emphasized that the awardees have strived to improve themselves and their capabilities over time which has contributed to the success of the Center.
Among the loyalty awardees are Mr. Christian B. Bacay, Security Guard I who has rendered 20 years of service; Jay-Ar B. Madriaga, Agriculturist II; Joel Ryan R. Pagdato, Development Management Officer I; Jezell dT. dela Cruz, Information Officer II; and Mairiz B. Alcobera, Administrative Support Staff II, who have served for 10 years; along with Edna M. Mojica, Administrative Officer I; Engr. Karen T. Vicente, Agriculturist I; Engr. Cheri Dawn F. Falogme, Media Production Specialist II; Princess Ann A. De Torres, Technical Support Staff II; Lina M. Andal, Administrative Support Staff I; Florence F. Bueno, Security Guard; John Simeon J. Cajayon, Technical Support Staff I; Alma M. Catibog, Technical Support Staff III; Mary Grace R. Villapando, Technical Support Staff III; Diana Faye T. Duran, Technical Support Staff III; Reina B. Madriaga, Technical Support Staff III; and Felix A. Gloria, Security Guard, for five years of service.
“Isang sekreto ng isang empleyado para tumagal sa isang kumpanya ay ang pagganap ng ating trabaho nang maayos, ang pag-unawa at pagsunod sa mga patakaran, at ang laging pagbibigay ng respeto sa ating mga katrabaho at sa mga nakakataas sa atin,” Mr. Bacay said.
Aside from the loyalty award, Mr. Mel D. Manalo, Planning Officer I also received a “Maagap Award” for demonstrating promptness in completing tasks ahead of schedule. Moreover, Supremo A. Caranzo, Driver, and Rose Ann D. Nilo, Media Production Specialist II were recognized for the “Best in Attendance Awards”.
The said activity was held on January 29, 2024, at CAFE Hall B, ATI MIMAROPA, Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
