Rice Crop Manager Briefing at Brgy. Covered Court, Sta. Isabel, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro in partnership with National Irrigators Administration (NIA). The said activity was conducted to discuss the use of Rice Crop Manager Advisory Services (RCMAS) and generate fertilizer recommendation among participants.
It was attended by 23 farmer members of Samahang Magpapatubig ng Bayanan II.
