The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) MIMAROPA successfully conducted the 9th Center Management Review cum FY 2022 Midyear Performance Review on June 20 – 21, 2022 at ATI, Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
The two-day activity aims evaluate the effectiveness and deficiency of the implementation of Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) of the Center for CY 2022.
During the activity, status of the previous agreements was presented and updated as well as the results of the audit conducted by the ATI MIMAROPA Internal Quality Auditors in each section and units. Moreover, the 1st semester Physical and Financial Accomplishments were reported by Ms. Manilyn M. Tejada, Project Evaluation Officer I and Budget Officer, respectively. Aside from this, the said activity serves as an avenue to continue formulate its Programs, Projects and Activities along with OneDA Reform Agenda for the second semester of FY 2022 to be able to meet the changing needs of clients and stakeholders.
There was also an open forum that tackled and addressed all the issues and concerns that were raised along the implementation of the PPAs.
In this message, Mr. Pat Andrew B. Barrientos, Center Director complimented all the staff for a job well done. He also motivated them to continue working as a team to accomplish all the tasks mandated of them even though there will be a change in administration for the coming month.
