Aiming to evaluate the performance of the Center and assess its effectiveness in implementing the programs, activities and projects for FY 2022 as well as strategize the plans and programs for FY 2023, ATI MIMAROPA held the two-day FY 2022 Annual Review and FY 2023 Planning Workshop on January 19-20, 2023 at ATI RTC MIMAROPA, Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
During the opening program, Center Director Pat Andrew Barrientos congratulated all the staff for exerting best efforts to accomplish the year’s target. He also mentioned that the MIMAROPA Corn Program was able to bag one major award during the National Banner Program Review and Assessment. In addition, he presented the National Director's policy directions and some reminders for the implementation of FY 2023 activities.
Part also of the activity was the presentation of the Center's Physical and Financial accomplishments. Analysis of the training and other activities as to timeliness of conduct and meeting of target participants were also presented. Moreover, to inform everyone of the activities of the center for FY 2023, all the Banner Program Point Persons presented their respective targets for FY 2023. With each presentation, the Center Director, Budget Officer, Accountant and Admin Officer gave their queries and clarifications to harmonize the implementation of the FY 2023 activities and programs.
Moreover, during the activity, the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) was also finalized following the management’s recommendations to properly utilize the fund per training.
An open forum was also conducted to address the issues and concerns in the operation of the center. Also, best practices to effectively and efficiently implement the program was shared among program implementers.
During the closing program, OIC-Assistant Center Director Norberto C. Maur reminded everyone to just do what is right and continue the excellent extension services to all clientele.
