In its continuous pursuit of delivering quality extension service to stakeholders, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office headed by Ms. Antonieta J. Arceo, Deputy Director along with the Division Chiefs has undertaken a comprehensive field monitoring initiative to assess and enhance the performance of its Regional Training Centers (RTCs) across the country including ATI-RTC MIMAROPA.

Center Director Pat Andrew B. Barrientos welcomed the field monitoring team. In his message, he said that the Center acknowledged the significance of field monitoring and highlighted the benefits it brings to the Center. He added that this monitoring is an opportunity to showcase the Center’s best practices as well as an opportunity to further improve the Center’s operations through their feedback and recommendations.

Meanwhile, Ms. Milagros Urbano, co-Team Leader of the Field Monitoring said that this is their initiative to assess the operations of the RTC as a whole, learn and promote the best practices and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training programs of ATI. She further said that the result of the field monitoring will become the basis for the selection of the best-performing ATI Centers.
