PILI, Camarines Sur — To intensify the delivery of the ATI Bicol's Information Services to Agriculture and Fisheries Extension (AFE) clients, the Information Services Section (ISS) conducted Technical Guidance Session (TGS) on June 9, 2025. The participants comprised of website content creators, technical assistants and administrative personnel who help implement various programs, projects and activities of the center.

ISS Chief and Information Officer III Ms. Primalou B. Imperial discussed the various deliverables of ISS such as: to conduct timely and relevant training services; to intensify the delivery of timely and relevant info through mass media/social media channels; to strengthen AFE institutions through extension support/grant; o intensify the delivery of timely and relevant information through face-to-face channels; to develop and distribute quality and useful Corporate Knowledge Products; to develop and distribute quality and useful Techno-based Knowledge Products; to disseminate relevant and timely info through online platforms; to document and share good AF practices; and to develop and administer eLearning courses.

Meanwhile, Media Production Specialist II Christian T.R. Tosoc demonstrated how to enroll in the eLearning for Agriculture and Fisheries. He also encouraged the participants to strengthen the information, education and communication strategies through various online channels.

The TGS supports the DA's Strategic Agenda No. 18 focusing on Strategic Communications, which states: "The DA will pursue comprehensive and proactive communication strtaegies for the agri-fishery sector and to strengthen awareness among stakeholders, partners and the public."
