The Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Farm Schools in Camarines Sur gathered to package Competency- Based Curriculum (CBC) for Digital Agriculture Course (DAC) at Carmel Agri-Learning Farm, Inc, Binanuaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur on January 12, 2023.
The initiative updated the Farm Schools on the guidelines in RCEF program registration for accreditation with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and to come up with the unified CBC outline for DAC. Specifically, it was designed to finalize the Units of Competencies and learning outcomes of the course.

As the nucleus, heart and soul of the community, the RCEF Farm Schools/Learning Sites for Agriculture have now the capacity to provide quality DAC trainings to the RCEF beneficiaries. Tosoc during his opening message.
DA-ATI Bicol Information Officer II Michael D. Villezar and TESDA staff Obet Delas Llagas were also present during the gathering to guide the group in the CBC formulation.
