The Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center V (ATI Bicol) conducted a year-end assessment titled Navigating Academic Pressures and Building Resilience among EAsY Agri Scholars for FY 2023 at Isarog Hall, ATI RTC V, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur on December 27 to 28, 2023.
This activity aims the Educational Assistance for the Youth in Agriculture (EAsY Agri) scholars to acquire knowledge about effective strategies to recognize, prevent, and manage academic burnout during their college journey.
The activity includes the discussions and workshops with Guidance Counselor Ms. Mary Isabelle M. Alba on the following topics: Understanding Burnout and Recognizing Burnout Indicators; Burnout Prevention Strategies; Minimizing Burnout in School; Self-care and Well-being Practices; and Building Resilience and Support Network.
Amongst the highlights of the activity is the election of the Regional Federation officer of EAsY Agri scholars in which Mr. Carmelo B. Boneo from Batch 1 was elected as the first President.
Scholars from Batch 1, 2, and 3 attended the activity which was followed by a Christmas Party organized by the scholarship committee and the EAsY Agri Federation officers.
