Province of Albay — The Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center V (ATI Bicol) participated in the Albay 2nd District Strategic Planning and Consultation Session on September 14, 2024, at Salceda Residence, Peñafrancia, Albay.

The said session serves as a vital platform for assessing the district's ongoing programs, projects, and activities, as well as preparing for the opportunities and challenges of the upcoming year for agriculture and youth.

Present during the session were Albay Young Farmers Organizations Inc. represented by Josh Barcelon, Department of Agriculture Office Regional Field Office represented by RED Rodel P. Tornilla, Dr. Mary Grace DP Rodriguez, Chief Adelina Losa and Patrocinio Collao I; Department of Environment - PENRO represented by PENRO Narisol C. Divina and Angel Montecastro; Department of Labor and Employment represented by PD Ching Banania and OIC-RD Imee Romanillos; Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI Bicol)represented by Center Director Elsa A.
