CALABANGA, Camarines Sur — In preparation for the upcoming fiscal year, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Bicol held a technical guidance session focused on its FY 2026 plans and budget.

This session aims to meticulously review and refine the proposed plans and budget for the Regular and Banner Programs to ensure interventions are innovative, relevant, and responsive to the needs of the agricultural sector.
