The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 5 (ATI-RTC 5) through the National Livestock Program FY 2024 fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,600,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Construction of Single-Storey Building for Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) at San Roque, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon under P.R. No. 2024-11-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
