2024 Year-enders Celebrate Work, Family, and Community

PILI, Camarines Sur — ATI Bicol ended the year best described as ‘eventful’ with a series of activities that brought together the personnel with their most significant others in 2024.

First on the list is family.

The Annual Family Day on December 16^th gave the Center Directorate, section and unit heads, and staff the chance to familiarize their respective family members with co-workers and the workplace.

"An samong pasasalamat sa saindong pagpasensya, pagsuporta, pag-intindi sa samuya. (Our gratitude to you for your patience, support, and understanding.)" ATI Bicol Center Director Elsa Ani Parot expressed her appreciation for the respective family of all ATI Bicol personnel during the Annual Family Day, an office tradition on its third consecutive year. Fun, games, and laughter highlighted the event, which was attended by children, parents, and siblings of the Center's staff to mark the last two weeks before the calendar year ends.

Second on the list is community, best exemplified by the partners and recipients of interventions.

Thus, on December 18^th, the Community Outreach in Naga City gathered 140 men, women and children assisted by the Philippine Army, Philippine National Police, City Agriculture Office, and the Department of Agriculture (DA) thru ATI Bicol with garden tools from DA-Regional Field Office No. 5. This year’s interventions prelude the implementation of Project P.E.A.C.E (Progress through Engagement in Agricultural Community Extension) in 2025.

Third on the list is co-workers.

The PRAISE (Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence) Night on December 19^th recognized the Center's Top Performing Personnel during a simple Gabi ng Parangal ceremony. The annual event was officiated by Center Dir. Elsa Ani Parot and Assistant Center Dir. Emman Orogo on December 19, 2024 at Isarog Hall, ATI Bicol, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
