In line with its Corporate Social Responsibility Program, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 1 (ATI-RTC 1) held a Year-End Celebration activity for its employees on December 19, 2023, at ATI-RTC 1 Tebag East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan.
The celebration was filled with diverse entertainment activities, fun games, and exchange gifts. This annual celebration of the Center is not just a chance to bid farewell to the old year but also an opportunity to rejoice in the achievements, camaraderie, and hard work that have been defined throughout the year.
It is also a time for the Center to shortly take a step back from regular schedules to acknowledge the collective efforts that have propelled the organization forward. Celebrating achievement not only boosts morale but also fosters a sense of pride and motivation among the Centerโs workforce.
Indeed, ATI-RTC 1 recognizes its employees as immediate instruments in the realization of the Centerโs goals and objectives.
