After dedicating his 34 years in government service, Mr. Lorenzo Obiano received recognition and tribute for his valuable contribution to the attainment of the Center's goals in the previous years and decades.
During the simple yet meaningful appreciation party dubbed โPasasalamat at Mabuhay Programโ held last August 29 at ATI-RTC 1 Satellite Training Center, Mr. Obiano was honored with words and thoughts on how he was able to inspire his colleagues for his deeds in the workplace.
Retiring at the age of 62, Mr. Obiano started his service in 1989 at ATI-RTC 1 and a year had passed, he transferred to Farmers' Training Center in Batac City, Ilocos Norte. Later after the merging of the Farmers' Training Centers in Region 1 into Regional Training Center 1, he was permanently detailed at the Satellite Training Center located in Brgy. Tabug, Batac City, Ilocos Norte as Administrative Aide III.
During his late years in the service, he served as one of the pillars of ATI-RTC 1 in providing guidance to the younger generations of the Center's workforce and clients. It is true that learning and experience are the treasures that anyone can take for the rest of their existence and for Mr. Obiano, he is delighted to share his season-earned journey of his life.
To the person whom they called Tito Inso or Brother Inso, the whole ATI-RTC 1 family extends its appreciation beyond words for the loyalty, passion, and commitment you have shown in the community of public service. May you enjoy your retirement and we wish you all the goodness as you embrace another chapter of your life.
