The ATI-Regional Training Center 1 through its Center Director Dr. Rogelio C. Evangelista participated in the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for the Establishment of the Provincial Agriculture and Fisheries Extension System (PAFES) in the province of La Union held on January 9, 2023 at Ariana Hotel, Paringao, Bauang, La Union.
The MOA signing was attended and witnessed by heads and representatives of different partner agencies in the implementation of various programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) slated in the Collaborative Provincial Agriculture and Fisheries Extension Plan (CPAFEP) of La Union. To cite, Provincial Governor of La Union, Hon. Raphaelle Veronica A. Ortega-David, and the newly appointed Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), Dr. Annie Q. Bares, were in attendance.
