ATI Cordillera conducts Enterprise Plan Presentation among Youth Interns of Youth Internship on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) Batch II on April 1-2, 2025.

This two-day activity aims to provide technical assistance to the youth interns in refining their enterprise plan for its successful implementation.

During the activity, each intern presented their final proposed enterprise for the grant and followed through with a critique and input from the panelists. Evaluators include the members of the Regional Screening Selection Committee of YIPOA of ATI-RTC-CAR and the respective Farm Partners of the interns.

Moreover, farm partners shared their encouragement and advice towards the interns on their next phase of the program.

"Given that you, interns, come from diverse provinces, it is important to ensure that your target market is both realistic and feasible, based on the plans you have developed. Your plans are not merely a requirement for this program but a crucial step for successfully implementing your projects, which will also benefit you in the long term,” Jefferson Laruan, one of the farm partners, expressed.

Consequently, participants shared their impressions towards the activity.

"Thank you for your valuable contributions, particularly in the finalization of our plan. While we already have a concept in place, your input has been crucial in enhancing and refining our approach. We are hopeful that we can successfully apply all the knowledge and insights gained from this training. Also, congratulations to my fellow interns, and may we continue to grow as business farmers," Kreja Vei, one of the YIPOA Interns, shared.

The interns are expected to manage and sustain their organic farming venture through the inputs from the panelists and their learning during their deployment.//Ezra O. Felix, CDMS Technical Support Staff
