“I am a newly certified LSA and being one is a big blessing. I am so happy to be one of the participants in this activity because I have learned a lot. I hope that we won’t be dismayed with the accomplishments of the LSAs we have visited, rather let us be motivated to strive harder to be one like them,” expressed Ms. Esther Humiding, owner of the Imbagiw Rice Farm during the Local Farmer’s Exchange Visit/ Benchmarking for Certified Learning Sites of CAR held on July 11-13, 2023 at the various learning sites in the Cordillera.

Exchange visit or Benchmarking is one modality of extension wherein the learning process happened right at the farm.  These enable the LSA cooperators to understand where their organization stands in comparison to other LSAs and ultimately encourage them to continuously improve and be able to keep track of industry trends and meet the demands of the modern market.
