On February 5, 2025, all staff of the ATI-RTC-CAR paused from their busy routines and participated in the beautification and enhancement of the Center’s surroundings through a clean and green activity.

Executive Order No. 118, series of 1993, also known as the Clean and Green Program mandates the active participation of all government agencies nationwide in urban greening, DA-ATI-RTC-CAR has been regularly conducting a Clean and Green Activity over the years. This was also designed so that all staff could leave their routine work and take part in the cleanliness and beautification of the Center's premises.

Clean and Green Activity

To ensure every staff participation, Ms. Liza D. Mablay, chairperson of the clean and green committee distributed each staff into three groups assigned to different locations of the Center.  Each group was assigned an area to work with.  Landscaping activities applying the concept of recycling and urban gardening were done. The focus was on the cleaning, landscaping, and beautification of the outside premises of the Center. Plants, potted or directly planted on the grounds were cultivated and given fertilizers.

The clean and green activity is programmed on a semestral basis spearheaded by the Admin and Finance Unit.
