The Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) aims to empower the youth and advancement of organic agriculture and practices. The program is a 21-month internship program for the youth comprised of a nine-month schooling and on-site training with farm partners with 1-year hands-on implementation of the proposed organic enterprise.
