ATI Central Office Holds 22nd Management Review

DILIMAN, Quezon City – In the recently concluded activity, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office held its 22nd Management Review to assess the performance of the Institute for the first semester of CY 2024 according to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

The meeting gathered the members of the Management Committee of the Central Office, composed of the Directorate, division chiefs/OICs, assistant division chiefs/OICs, section chiefs/OICs, heads of the Administrative and Finance Unit, and the president of the ATI Employees' Association.

ATI Director Remelyn R. Recoter presided over the meeting, focusing on assessing the performance and effectiveness of the QMS. The discussion also addressed various issues and concerns related to the operations and services provided by external and internal service providers. This led the management to develop measures for the Institute's continual improvement.

Furthermore, the management agreed to adopt a harmonized tool for measuring client satisfaction to ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

The meeting was held on July 15 to 16, 2024 at the Rural Development and Education Center, ATI Compound.
