DILIMAN, Quezon City – In compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office recently held its 21st Management Review to regularly assess the efficacy of the established system in achieving the organization’s systems and processes.

Dubbed as the Leadership in Focus: ATI’s 21st Management Review, the activity gathered the members of the Management Committee of the Central Office, which composed of the Directorate, division chiefs, section and unit chiefs as well as the head of the ATI Employees Association.

ATI Director Remelyn R. Recoter, assisted by Assistant Director Antonieta J. Arceo, presided the meeting particularly in assessing the physical and financial performance of each operating unit, including those at the ATI Training Centers. Likewise, some issues and concerns pertaining to the operations and services of the external and internal service providers were discussed, which prompted the Management to come up with some measures for the continual improvement of the Institute.

Ensuring that the programs and services of the ATI are aligned with the directives and mandates of the Department of Agriculture, some corrective actions were thoroughly discussed based on the findings of the recent Internal Quality Audits and third-party audit.

The ATI’s 21st Management Review was held last March 4 to 5, 2024 at the Rural Development and Education Center in this city.
