1. The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) invites all interested bidders for the Disposal of One (1) Lot Scrap Materials from Construction, Spare Parts, etc. with the following floor prices:
- Ordinary Steel - Php5.00/kilo
- Metal Sheet (Yero) - Php1.00/kilo
- Plastic - Php2.00/kilo
- Others - by/Lot - Php200.00
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding on an "as is, where is" basis and will be awarded to the highest bidder per lot/kilo.
3. Prospective Bidders may inspect the items from February 10-19, 2025, at the ATI Compound, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City during office hours.
4. Interested bidders shall submit their sealed bids with a bid bond of Php500.00 in cash on or before February 19, 2025, at 12:00 NN at the Supply and Management Office (SMO). Late bids shall not be accepted.
5. Bid opening shall be on February 19, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the ATI Board Room. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
6. The winning bidder shall be given five (5) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed to pick up and haul the property in the presence of the Commission on Audit (COA).
7. The Agricultural Training Institute reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
