The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE- REGIONAL TRAININGCENTER 8 (ATI-RTC 8), through the FY 2024 General Fund (F0l) and Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (FO7) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 2,834,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Catering Services of ATI-RTC VIIl Center-based Trainings/Activities for the 1st semester of 2024/ Identification No. ATI-RTCSITB-2024-002 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for 1 LOT per fund Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
