BAYBAY CITY, Leyte - To ensure ATI’s commitment in providing quality trainings and activities, monitoring schemes are necessary so that the organization can assess the effectiveness of such activities and evaluate how well participants have internalized and applied the knowledge, skills, and strategies learned, most especially, the conduct of the respective re-entry activities scheduled and targeted by the participants after training programs.

On May 13, 2024, ATI-RTC 8, through its Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, conducted a short orientation on the use of Open Data Kit (ODK). This monitoring tool will hasten the data collection of Project Officers and Commodity Program Point Persons of the center and shall come up with a systematic presentation of data for reporting. The tool can be accessed using Android smartphones and tablets and can be used offline.

ATI-RTC 8 aims to come up with necessary reports from each Program Point Persons on September 2024 to be compiled and ready for submission on October 15, 2024.
